Everytime I start things it seems I am drawn away from them. Its not for a lack of interest, but rather a lack of time. I'm sure everyone can relate to that on some note.
Anyway I took another stab at working on the site again and I got a little farther. I'm going to try and do a bit every once in awhile until I get back up to speed on things.
So right now I'm going to probably populate the site in reverse order. I got the links section up so that is cool and I learned a few new things along the way.
I guess once I finish this site it will be a grand achievement as I have never made a flash site before and this is bound to give me some new skills for the future. So far it is turning out alright.
Anyway how you all doing out there?

Slow and Steady and eventually I'll get this damn site done.
So I've a long way to go, but for now I started putting up the new site. This way you can see how super super cool it is going to be!!
Well you can't really tell from what is up now but you will eventually.
Right now you can only access the live journal from the main site. I didn't take anything down yet, so if you want to get to the old site to see stuff still go here

Hey You!
Miss me yet?
Yeah I bet you have. Well let me bring all you little hulkamaniacs up to speed.
I know it has been awhile since we have updated around here, so this is why. See we sent out a proposal to a publisher. Now because of that we really didn't want to give everything away and spoil the plot too much. Obviously if you ended up reading it all here what would be the sense of having a copy in your hands?
Anyway we really wanted to get published by this one publisher, as we felt that it would be the right family for us. Even though we knew a lot of inside information that really would make it not worth our while to even go down that road. A big factor of course was that the amount of work to be done vs the pay.
Anyway we had another offer that we put on hold that does pay more. So it looks like we are going to head off in that direction now.
So... what does this mean about the site?
Well come January we are hoping to have the completed new version of the site. One to dazzle the mind! .... and we are going back to doing the first issue as 32 pages. .... and we are going to remaster it! Yup that means it is going to be re-scripted, some parts will be re-illustrated and of course re-coloured!
.... and we also made a deal where we will be keeping the entire first issue online as a teaser! All 32 pages of it.

So it looks like Georgie is finally gettin it, I mean I'm not sayin that she is slow on the uptake, I'm sayin she is realizing that she has a lot more potential then what she thought.
Its not eazy takin care of your human, as of course they are no where near as intellegent as yer average feline. They just don't use all of their 6 senses, I mean one they don't even use at all. Thats all good though as long as I'm around I'll take care of her.

Yeah so it took us about a week, well not a full week but we made our first flash game at work.
Woot look at me go eh?
Anyway if you are interested in trying it out I will now unveil the URL to the game.
I have to warn you though, it is not hard at all. It may seem hard at first but keep at it and you will see how easy it really is.

First off, I'd like to apologize that things have really ground to a halt around here these past few weeks.
That by no means, means that we have given up this crusade.
We have been detained from doing our work here, due to that dreadful word... work. Fortunately though we are just about finished and caught up on everything so we can continue on where we left off.
I know you all miss us.
Some news though. We recieved our rough draft in comic format a few weeks back. (no not the complete first issue) but enough to send out our submission and proposal off to none other then.....

Thats right it is finally on its way, and should take about a week to get there.
Of course going by the web site they say it takes about a week to a year for them to review it.
So... hopefully we don't have to wait an entire year before we hear back from them.
We are half way done the next page and should have it up this weekend.... and if there is nothing pressing going on besides the local fetish night we may be able to complete another page as well.
This will bring us to page 22. Which of course is the standard size for content in a regular comic. Of course it seems like places like SLG usually don't have advertisements inside their issues so we have to push for another 10 pages for the complete first issue.
No worries, we originally planed for this years ago and the first issue was written in a way that it can end at 22 or 32.
Therefore we must press forward and push past the 22.
oooOOOOooo I can't wait until we get past 22 as that is when the real spice and charm of what we have plotted begins.

Been awhile my dear friends.
We were suffering some issues but things are all sorted out now and we are back in action.
Unfortunatly we have not progressed passed page 20, but we will be getting back on schedual once again very soon.
Last month we had some help from some friends of tea and cockroaches and we just about completed all of them.
We have two more left to do and hopefully this week we will get a chance to finish another.
Anyway here is one that you missed while we were in our down time.
Right now we are really swamped with work. 8 contracts going on right now, and one a full time one for 3 months. On Wed. we are getting another one so we will be up to 9.
Eventually we will be able get back into the swing and progress on with Tea and Cockroaches.

I'm so sorry that I have not had time to finish the illustrations that people have paid me for yet. This week kicked me in the ass, but I will get them done. I'm going to try and get as many done this weekend. DLB is halfway done, though I was planing on having that done a while ago.
21 should be finished this weekend as well.....
A personal debate inside is the 22 or 32. If you know what I am talking about tell me what you prefer. If not well... shut your hole and know your role.
Distressing news is not always good, but I must remember that it is a labour of love. I'm doing this because you all deserve it. So as long as I keep me pumped to go on.
Of course you all know the more you get excited and talk about it, the more you pump me up the more I get the urge to spend every waking free minute on it and it gets done so much faster.
I'm not doing this all for me. I'm doing it all for you.

Tomorrow I start a new job. It is a contract position and I will be doing it for a few months. I'm going to be working on the website of the company. It's an in house contract with full time hours.
What does this mean? It means that we are going to have to slow down here a bit. So unfortunatly there will probably be only a page a week done. I'm still doing illustrations of those that donated so don't worry about that. It just might take me a bit more time to get them done.
That being said, I have to wake up at like 8:30 just to get to work. I have not been up that early in like.... 2 years. I have a strong feeling this is really going to hurt.
